Description
This pendant was made bij cooling liquid bismuth,
during the cooling process crystals are formed on the surface.
Bismuth is a crystalline, brittle metal that is silvery-white with an iridescent hue.
As an elemental metal, its number is 83 on the Periodic Table.
Rainbow colored Bismuth can be a wonderful stone to use for focus, visualization and shamanic journeying.
It can prevent you from becoming overwhelmed by all of your responsibilities while at the same time increasing your energy levels to deal with them.
In helping to transit from a physical plane to an astral state or spiritual realm, it provides for continuity in travel for a pre-established plan.
Ruled by the planets of Venus and Saturn, it is believed to have a relationship as a messenger of the Goddess and messenger of the Gods,
in a connection to Aquarius which is also ruled by Saturn.
Bismuth is a heavy, brittle silver-white crystalline that transforms with tinges of pink to red.
It naturally occurs with an iridescent oxide tarnish that reflects a full spectrum of colors including blue, yellow and green, as well.
Bismuth crystals are typically laboratory grown where Bismuth is melted and a rod is placed in the molten metal and pulled up slowly, which allows crystals to form as it cools.
The dimensions are 2.8 x 2.5 CM
Rose Lynn –
looks like it was painted. One solid color. Still, it’s a decent piece.

Thank you for your review, i am glad that you think the bismuth pendant is a decent piece. The color of the pendant is something that occurs during the cooling of the pendant. The color of bismuth can vary, from gold to blue, purple, copper, yellow, green, pink or several colors combined. In this case all gold, it is not painted It is caused by a procces called oxidation or a form of patina. I had some pieces that where alll light blue or dark blue. It varies how it turns out. Hope this explains a bit about the color of your pendant.
